Terrible customer support and products

We never had instant web before, but because we got two notebooks we chose to give it a try. We went with Linksys, and discovered inside a morning that it had been a choice. The installment on our pc required six hours of non stop operating (and that Iam usually great with pcs)... Once they stated it'll just occupy to some around 30 minutes for the most part. We named their customer support amount many times once the modem would not actually switch on, and all-they did was provide us a discount on our next purchase. They stated that they mightnot get back the defective gear, and fundamentally simply apologized for the worries using the item. There WILL NOT BE a next purchase.

After I did even more study, I discovered the hubs are not the only real items that barely function... All of the evaluations I Have read claim that people move elsewhere when they need great items and great client solutions.

Do Not get something from Linksys.
