Poor customer service

I purchased a variety traction for my wireless modem as you space in my own house had a poor sign. The "simple" startup drive did not work and so I called Linksys. They explained they might assist personally manage the number traction but, because the modem was bought formerly and out-of guarantee, they might not inform me just how to manage the modem to become suitable for the number traction without spending money on the support (EQUALLY linksys items)!!! I stated would you like me to come back a $100. Oo item since I have can't work out how to sync both or invest five minutes assisting me having a easy setup? They might care less. I expected to get a boss and after being on-hold for 45 units, they hung-up on me.incredible!!! I'm healthy to become linked. What type of customer support is the fact that? Imagine I Will return the merchandise plus they don't obtain the purchase. Exactly what a depressing, sad organization!
