False Advertising ripoff

I purchased a network adapter card from Linksys and must say that it was an absolute nightmare getting any support for installing the card. First let me say that I am a computer technician by trade so I know how to set up a NIC. The box that the card came in stated that Windows NT was one of the systems that could be used with the card.

This turned out to be an outright lie and thus is false representation of a product. I called their technical support and was disconnected 11 times before I finally got thru I was given a technician who could barely speak English and who could not understand most of what I said.

In spite of all this I remained calm and politely asked for a supervisor. After approx 1 hour of waiting I was given a supervisor who was not polite and who was also unable to understand simple English. As it turns out I am stuck with a card that I am unable to use because of some unethical company whose only concern is making and saving money.

My advice to you is do not BUY ANY LINKSYS PRODUCTS because they do not offer any support and will only provide you with incredibly inferior customer service
