Talk about scumbags... He has an eBay store, 128Headphones, on which he advertised Voda FAZE Headphones with In-Line microphone (for cell phone use) and 6 sets of ear-gels.

I was a little leary because his price was so low, but he answered my questions PRE-PURCHASE very quickly, assuring me that the product was exactly as described AND pictured on eBay. So I purchased it.

Even though I'm literally 12 or 13 miles from him it took 5 days to get the item AND IT WAS A LESSER MODEL, with NO inline microphone (so NOT for cell phone use) and only 3 sets of gels.

I've sent 3 emails in the 3 days since receiving the WRONG item, and even an eBay email, giving him the benefit of the doubt for his mistake, and even offering to go to him and exchange to the proper item, AND HAVE GOTTEN ZERO RESPONSE.

Do not buy from this scam artist. He's an out & out liar.
