Bait and Switch with Services and Pricing

Different story everytime you talk to these people. They said the Big Ten Network was included in the Top 200 package for me, but after I committed, they said that was not the case for my geographic area and made me pick up an extra sports package for an additional fee. I was also led to believe that I had guaranteed pricing for the first 12 months, but they raised the rates after just a few months. They lock you in for 24 months and then feel they can unilaterally change channels and pricing without any fear of repercussions. I've spent more time with their customer service than any other company I've ever dealt with. Horrible.
