Dish Network Online Scam - Satellite TV Package

Buyer beware! Two months ago I ordered a Dish Network package with extra online bonuses, including 12 months of free Movie Channels. (for new customers only) Now I am told that my free movie channels are about to expire after 3 months. The billing office cannot correct the problem and I cannot contact anyone online. I have been ripped off for $315.00. It will cost over $400.00 to cancel my Dish contract. I may take the poison and go back to Directv.
