I bought the LG620G Dec. 24 plus a 45.00 card. Billed telephone based on instructions, named customer support to interface over my amount from Virgin mobile & trigger phone. I was informed it'd occupy to 2hrs to become triggered. Following day stll not activated. Called back (Christmas Evening) surprisingly somebody is operating.

We begin once again (support representative. Had no understanding of prior info) I had been subsequently informed that my simcard wouldn't work with my zipcode they'll send a different one. Once I receive my new simcard all I'd to complete was place it in to the telephone and also the telephone might begin to work. (rest). Recieved simcard December 30, named support spoke to 4 various people 2 which were said to be administrators simply to be informed it'd get appr. 3-7 times to interface my quantity over again. (now Iam mad) Nonetheless I take this (Iam caught today). I'ts now Jan. 05 nevertheless no telephone support. Contact service-center again about the telephone for 31/2 hours simply to be informed my new simcard does not work. (I am truly pissed-off today). Wait on new simcard, came Jan. 12 by fedex who leaves it caught within the fencing with-it pouring at that time, (another tale). Call the phone call centre Jan. 13, ultimately have it on simply to discover I cannot receive any incoming calls. Call-back about the following day to obtain that taken. Called back the following day to reset my service end-date that was planned to finish Feb. 1 to Feb. 13 that will be the very first evening I'd any kind of service.
