This account was paid in full 663.92, check cashed 0n 12/31. They called to harasse me again. I tried to tell them that the account was paid in full, they hung up

This is a cell phone "charge" because I changed carriers. I still do not feel that I owe it, however I paid the amount in full. The check was cashed on 12/31. And on the check it clearly stated "payment in full". Today they call me, and try to tell me that i owe more. I told them, no that the account was paid in full, and the snotty lady, just said "I consider this unresponsive, have a nice day and hung up.
