Failed to report loan paid in full, hung up on me when i tried to get them the returned check

I have been contacted numberous times by this so called collection agency to pay off a debt of $100.00 for a guitar. After recieving these so called notices I sent a certified letter stating that I will only pay the balence in full if they agree to remove my name from any credit agency they have submitted my name to. The then called me to say they would not sign the letter and they do not report names to credit agencys. I finally agreed to pay the amount in full to get them off my back I sent them a personal check for the full amount which was cashed by them and which i have proof of.

When i continued to recieve letters stating the amount is still owed i contacted them via phone and they stated the amount they recieved was only for $10. When i stated i had the returned cashed check on hand they hung up on me. After calling back 4 times and being hung up on all 4 times I finally was able to get through to the ignorant rude bitch again. When I told her the only way to show them proof of the paid check was electronically, she then proceeded to tell me my number was being blocked and i was hung up on once again. I have not been able to get through since.

Thias company is an absolute fraud. Watch out for them and there back room tactics
