I purchased 2 weeks ago an Philips SDV2940/27 UHF Digital and Analog Indoor/Outdoor TV Antenna, they charged my account & said they FedEx Ground shipped it, no tracking # was given to me. It never reached me, I cannot ever reach anyone on the phone & they will not return my emails or phone messages.
