Jerry chapman president refused return of unused item one day after purchase!

January 23, purchased 2 Tivax Digital Converter Box W / Analog Pass-Through STB-T8.

Connected unit to digital antenna and it failed to receive ANY signal. Over two days made many calls to company for return call and they have not called. Their on hold message states they will return messages within ONE HOUR.

Sent the following email:

"We live in a small town. Our home is surrounded by large sequoia trees and we have a state university with tall buildings nearby. A technician installed one of the units - to TV and digital antenna - and the scan resulted in to channels received.

We know your are processing returns for people who have the same difficulty as we are, and we appreciate you sending an RA so we can get this done ASAP."

Received the following reply:

"we do not return converter boxes"

Please contact me if you know how I can get my money back or are willing to take them on.

If they knew that I will never back down, they would have already emailed me a return authorization. It is NOT about the money now.
