Dell Computer Ignores me Threatens me Refuses to communicate with me Round Rock

Electronics and household app.

I, as a 63 year old, was really looking forward to my new Dell computer. Arrived and messed up from start. Also had left off a drive. They sent the drive. I had bought every warranty service/support contract that they offer. But I had to pay an outsider to install the drive. The tech that installed agreed the system had some heavy problem when I showed him the things happening.

Dell sent a man to swap out hard drives, then he was told to leave immedly. Ten minutes after he leaves, I get on computer and nothing changed. Dell sends me a NEW computer with instructions from their SPECIAL ACTION GROUP... David DeMorris, 800-624-9896, Ext 68455, to CALL as soon as unit arrived and He would help or guide me to help change-over. New unit was missing the same drive as the original one so I need to know if they were sending new drive or was first one to be taken out of first computer? I also had other questions. I called David and left word, over and over, days, weeks and NO return phone calls... Then that Ext was dis-connected and I rec'd a bill for $1,800. For new unit as old one wasn't returned.

I do NOT want to void any of my guarantees (though they all seem to be questionnable now???) So I sit here using my original NON-Dell old computer with TWO Dell computers in boxes behind me. All I need is a few answers and CONTACT... NOT going to happen is it?
No one returns calls, no one returns e-mails, I wrote Michael Dell personally, with him having to sign for the letter 2 weeks ago and NO Communication of any kind!
I have 4 GrandKids in Austin and I spend a good deal of time there. I WILL eventually go personally to Mr Dells Office and homestead physically until I get media friends involved.

I have sold my Dell stock as I believe, with years of business experience under my belt, that this POOR service is a harbinger of things to come. Dell has shifted Tech & Customer service to INDIA. They seem to have dis-solved their SPECIAL ACTION GROUP and their home office "expeditors" thus DELL will stumble and when you are flying as high as they are... You come down fast. POOR Customer Service has killed many a successful company. Thank You Michael Dell for having an office & company that doesn't understand "Customer service and Follow-up"
