Had a cell phone insured by phoneclaim.com (THRUE T MOBILE..) Ineeded a replacement phone of like kind. After recieving the CHEAP replacement. From phoneclaim.com... I went into a T MOBILE store and asked why the CHEAP replacement phone from PHONECLAIM.com would not perform like my first phone. T mobile stated PHONECLAIM.com replaced my $250 phone with 60-70$ piece of crap! I tried to get PHONECLAIM.com to make good on this rip-off and got nothing but BS! So if you want to feel like you just dealt with the scum! OF THE EARTH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND (PHONECLAIM.com). And t mobil. Stated its not our problem! Yet they still chose to allow phoneclaim.com to have accesst mobile customers so thet can be ripped off!!! Will be looking elsewhere in the near future
