Bought 2 batteries supposedly new but are used

I ordered 2 batteries from these people. The advertisement on their web page said they are NEW batteries. I got them in the mail and looked at the contacts on the batteries. They are used batteries. You can see on the battery contacts where they have been living inside a phone. You can very plainly see where the phone contacts touched the contacts on the battery. Blatant rip off. I should have known because of the price.
