Charged for renewal without service!

I have 3 accounts with this company, one of them is working good after service renewal, the two others i was charged but without service at all, i contacted them twice without noting changed, they tell me to wait for approval from a higher department, and it has been 2 months now!!! Unbelievable. I have to dispute the transaction in my bank twice now. Service is sucks.
