Most underhanded company ever, I mean ever! PLease dont sign up with them

PLease I beg you, never go with direct tv. I called to switch from Dish (not much better, but better) told the lady what I wanted and what it was going to cost from dish. SHe quoted me a price, plus told me it would be cheaper because I would have whole house dvr. Even had her boss get on the phone and give me the quote and what I was getting. 4 days leter they come to install and the receivers they gave me of course will not accept dvr service.installer says I will need to buy 2 different receivers at 100 bucks a pop. He apoligized said this has happened to him at least 20 times in the past 2 months. That direct keeps suckering people in the change when installation comes. I refused the installation. When I called the company every single time I tried to talk to a supervisor I was put on hold for exactly 20 minutes then disconnected. This company is the absolute worse of the worse. What they try to get away with is uncalled for. PLease tell anyone you know, do not go with direct tv
