Sears retains customer's washing machine shipping bolts during installation

I bought a Samsung front-loading washer and dryer from Sears on 5/28/09. Once the device was shipped, the contractors maintained the delivery products which are section of my purchase. I established with Sear Client Options this is just a regular plan of theirs. Within the Samsung guide on site 9 it plainly says to "Maintain the delivery products and spacers for later use." This obviously suggests this is section of what I bought. Moreover, nothing about the Sears bills suggests this plan, with no where did I sign something that aknowledged Sear would keep these components. I'm transferring today and require these components to make sure my $800 machine isn't damaged enroute. Sears must supply me these delivery products free of charge, because they weren't their home to keep.
