Dishonest advertising Murrells

I was promise a 15 day free trial when I purchased a Sprint package. They told me that they have the best coverage and that if i was not satisfied within 15 days they would refund my money. When I got the phone home it did not work.

I took it back to the store within 1 hour of receiving it and they said that it would not work in some areas. They refunded the price of the phone but will not refund the $35.00 activation fee or $7.63 that they said was a pro rata charge for the time I had the phone and used it.

I never used it as it did not work. I am a senior and wanted the phone for emergency's.
