You'll not find a more poorly managed company

My company used Nyco to repair a CNC board. We were charged a very high price to replace a few capacitors, but the work was "under warranty", so it seemed worth the risk. The board was forgotten until we called and called and eventually got them to work on it. Weeks later it came back broken in another place. We sent it back and were quoted another high price (remember the warranty?). Weeks later it came back broken in another place. We sent it back. Weeks later they hadn't looked at it. This process lasted over four months and our CNC unit was down the entire time.

They are practically unreachable by phone, email, and even by the support request on their website. Their work is poor, their prices high, their customer support non-existent and their warranty invalid. If you have a problem with them, you just try to do something about it.

Do not use this company. It would not be fair to other industrial electronics repair companies who take pride in what they do.
