I sent a R&S Spectrum analyzer to NYCO. They gave us a quote to fix and we waited for 2 months to hear from them. We didn't hear and called many times and they told us different stories about the status of the repair. Finally we ask them to send it back after 3 months. I threatened to drive the 300 miles to pick up the equipment and bring the police with me. They finally returned the analyzer.
