Knowling sells defective phones to customers

Electronics and household app.

I purchased a Droid X from Verizon Wireless on July 17th and from day one the device kept freezing up and rebooting. After several calls to customer service they said I need a replacement but they were out of stock so I had to wait so I did. On or about my 30th day with the first device my new one arrived and I sent back the old one as instructed.

Upon activating the new device I ask for an additional 5 days of the worry free guarantee and they agreed. On the 6th day the new phone started acting up like the first one did so I called tech support again I just figured I got a defective device. Talking to tech support I learned that the issues I was experiencing were known issues with this device and I verified this with Motorola's support forums. I asked the customer service rep to take the phone back and put my contract back where it was before, they said no because I was past my worry free guarantee. So basically Verizon wireless is selling defective devices to customers and letting them get past the 30 days just to lock them into a contract! A class action lawsuit fits this scenario!
