DLP settlement RIPOFF

I had this company assigned to me through this bogus Samsung DLP settlement. My TV clearly had the issue in the recall. These "Techs" that showed up claimed to not be able to identify the issue (clearly visible), and ended up charging me 109 dollars for showing up and DOING NOTHING. Literally looked at the TV, said "no light tunnel issue" and then told me I owed them 109.. On the way out the expert told me that I needed a new lamp. I replaced the lamp and about a week later the TV is completely useless... And yes, it is a light tunnel gone completely bad. Don't let these clowns in your home.
