Unable to file legal documents

I have claimed bankrupcy when my bill was still under $200 they were faxed the documents. They still keeped calling and calling. I sent documents the trustee sent documents still keeped calling. Eventualy I removed my number from their records... Eventualy I got info from their collection agency... I mailed them info so did the trustee... They should of sent info to rogers... Rogers still did not get my information... They sent the info to a lawyer... I sent the info to them and confirmed with both the lawyer and the collection agency that they have the info... Rogers still did not get it they dont even have record of it... Now my bill is over 900$ and i did not even use my cell phone since november. I am now discharged from bankrupcy and they still dont seem to have it documented...
