I kept receiving texts on my Rogers cell (in Canada) which I did not know where it was coming from. Never replied back. I got 26 messages for June. Plus a premium (!) text received at 10.00$! Did not get the bill for July yet. Talked to rogers and they told me to talk to 2waytraffic. I told rogers I should not have to because my cell number is not a credit card number and if rogers know who they are paying to then they should know their partners history as well! Which is 2waytraffic in this case. Anyways, I called 2waytraffic today and they sounded bullish and wouldn't refund. Rogers only knows how to pay their partners and do not have access to them or know their physical address. I think people are loosing shame. Can we make a group action claim against the carrier and the fraudster?
