Poor performance of replacement phones

About 8 weeks before, my Rim Surprise quit getting. I visited my local Verizon Wireless shop and obtained an upgraded telephone, that we later discovered was restored. This didn't bother me, but what did bother me was the truth that this new phone might secure every single day, needing me to get rid of the battery to reset the telephone. Following a couple weeks to do this, I eventually returned towards the Verizon Wireless shop in Mt Juliet, Tennessee and talked to Alex. I told him concerning the problem that I had been having as well as that I had been really upset using the efficiency of the telephone as well as their community. I told him when he couldn't substitute the phone, then I needed him to trigger another phone that I'd introduced in. He stated he'd pleased to trigger the phone, and he did so. The reason behind elizabeth criticism is the fact that today I'm utilizing a two-year old flip-phone after spending over $200 for that Rim smartphone. Seriously Verizon Wireless. Substitute the phone that I paid $200 for having a functioning telephone.
