AKA Amcor Group Ltd Cannot reach them to make a Warranty claim

I purchased an Amcor NanoMax A12000EH (Combo air conditioner and heat pump) a couple of years ago. They have a 5 year warranty on the compressor. They cannot be reached by either email or telephone to make a claim. I've tried for 3 days in a row and no luck. Answering machine at phone number on Warranty says at all times, "We are not open call back during regular business hours", email was returned as undeliverable.
