My girlfriend and I went in this store for a Fathers daypromotion, add a line to your family plan and get any phone for free. Tim thesails guy told us the phone we were looking for was sold out valley wide. He saidhe checked all of the T-mobile stores already and there were none left. (LIE #1) he failed to say that he did not have accessto other T-mobile stores just 2B Wierless locations. Reluctantly my girl friend picked out a differentphone. We asked Tim What is your return policy? He replies Just bring itback within 14 days, no problem (LIE#2) Weshould have been informed about the return policy including any penalties Thiswould be a good time to mention the $90.00 restocking fee I would think. I have heard of restocking fees on returned itemsbefore, but $90.00 on a $150 phone! Thats like 60%. They claim it is 20% ofthe full blown retail price. This is not written anywhere! The only thingpertaining to a restocking fee came on an invoice after the credit card wascharged. It states they have discretion to charge a 20% restocking fee onreturned items. When we tried to returnthe phone the next day, Kakla andFlurette acted like they werent sure how to calculate the restocking fee andsaid that it would be like $90.00 and is based off the retail value. The phone wewere returning is unused in the box and the sim card is still unopened andeverything is in NEW condition. Thenotice shall be clearly and conspicuously visible to the customer beforepurchase. We were not given any Disclosure beforepurchase even though we asked beforehand. When I spokewith The Store Manager: Ryan Pestalozzi (480) 452-8277 over the phone hepromised he would look in to it and call me back he didnt When I called a differentstore they said they only charge this on phones with more than 60 minutes talktime used on the phone, not unused phones. T-MOBILE clamsthey cant do anything because the 2b store is a separate company they didhowever Apologies for the unfair treatment and submit a complaint about the incident. Dont buyanything from 2b wireless! They are not t-mobile
