Stove won't switch off

Our 10yr old stove won't switch off. I had been preparing supper switched the stove down. The heat element simply kept getting warmer and warmer till we switched the breaker down. We let stay for an hour or so, switched the breaker again on, eveything was off on the range and also the component hot straight back up quickly and so I unplugged it and its own sitting on my backporch. I've read that occasionally they change on like this when the energy moves on / off. Easily wouldnt have now been house it'd have established my home burning!!! I named SEARS plus they stated sorry. That was good. Said they'd never heard about that happening. I informed them you are able to study about it on the internet, grievances comparable issue were all around the location. I've changed a 3yr KENMORE dishwasher, a KENMORE 3 year machine (4th Kenmore machine in 20yrs) and today my range all-in the final six months. I am working out-of cash!!!
