Item was faulty right from the container but their technicians had me go aside many times nowadays to consider issues. Why am I focusing on an item when it's completely new? Had me operate the hot water heater burner with no security sheild in position - - fire shot out, it burned me after which they charged me for standing also near to the equipment! They WOn't state it faulty and that I can't-get a return. Lied to me, disconnected me, stonewalled me. Worst organization I've actually handled. Ever, ever, ever. Don't buy from bosch.
