F1 Error Code - Defective Washe

My partner I bought a Kenmore Elite Retreat machine as well as for the previous year we've been obtaining an F1 Error signal many times through the scrub period, EACH AND EVERY WEIGHT! I obtained a notice within the email regarding this problem from Sears and named the amount plus they recommended me that my serial number wasn't contained in the recognition. I've been a faithful Sears/Kenmore client for more than 40 years and that I am really disappointed using the method I've been handled from the customer support people and also the quality of the very costly machine I purchased!
