Bad customer service

Samsung does not stand behind their product.inside door glass cracked on my Steam Washer and they refuse to cover it. They say it is physical damage. It is like a windshield of a car getting a chip in it then spreading. Product was highly recommended. Now I would NEVER purchase another Samsung product.
