This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a company

We bought what we regarded as an extremely good surroundsound in regards to a year-ago and also have had the opportunity to make use of it for around per month overall. It's damaged three times and it has been submitted 3 times to become fixed by LG without any benefits. The final period that people obtained it back it had been damaged on appearance, they did not actually repair it when it had been delivered in. We then contact to obtain a reimbursement or anything equal and we're informed they require our bill whenever we submitted using the unique device to become set. (Your error for not creating a backup). Then they anticipated us to generate three hours to obtain a bill published from wherever we initially bought it from simply because they don't understand how to maintain documents properly. This is actually the toughest encounter that I've ever endured having a business. The only path to create this right is just a complete reimbursement and that I WOn't purchase or suggest LG again.
