In february i purchased my daughter and that i cellphone from cricket. I closed us up for that $25 endless talk and wording. Whenever we got our first statement it had been $40. I visited the cricket retailer to ask why. They said since the bill had been sent in the headquarter rather than the store that i acquired the phones from. So that they acknowledged us $7 per bill and explained to pay for $33 per telephone, thats $25-plus taxes and fees. Next on march 29, our daughter and that i got a shock of our lives. Your phone service have been turn off. We went to the cricket retailer to discover why, they said they'd to repair the towers and we must be backup and running in 24hours. Three days later still no service. We called customer support. They said that we must have support since the towers were set. The man explained to call *228 to reactivate your telephones. I did so and that i got a note saying when you'd like to create a phone call 411 should you want to create a collect call impact inside your pin amount. Then your phone stated service defeated. The guy then said i've to hold back 24hours to listen to back from the specialist about why our telephones don't obtain support. Additionally when we went to the store to protest, there have been other clients worrying comparable problem. They could not obtain support. I'm seriously considering giving my business to verizon or at&t. Im sure they'd like to have my children and that i like a account-holder.
