I, ve been paying on cell phone insurance about 7yrs and my cell phone cost me 480 dollars and when the phone broke and i filed an insurance claim they han the nerve to sent me a phone thats wroth 100

I, ve been paying insurance to this company for over 7yrs and, i had a very good phone that cost me 480 dollars and when my phone broke and i filed a claim and they had the nerve to send me a 100 dollar phone and tell me thats all they could send, the phone is cheap i can read the screen it, s to small and when i question the company about the fact that when you pay insurance on something and it breaks down you are suppose to recieve that same merchandise or something of equal value not something thats cheaper but, now i know i have been ripped off by paying on this insurance for all these years and soon as i need it they send me a piece of junk and they, re were no instructions in the phone box, no head phone, and no sims card, i, m very disapointed with this trasaction, they tell me they don, t go by the price of the phone thats insured, they go by the features and thats just not right because they can have the same features on a lot cheaper phone they took my money for all those years and now they aren, t doing whats right.
