This company is a total joke. I ordered a security alarm battery from them and it never worked. First they lie to you about shipping. I was told - and have in writing - that the product would be shipped UPS, traceable with a shipping number, and so I paid $12.20 for shipping. I still have my original order receipt and there is not one word on there that there is any type of handling fee. They sent their useless product via regular postal mail, left in my mail box unsecured, and they spent $4.00 to ship it. I know this because I still have the original box it was shipped in. I installed the battery when it was received on January 30th.
I communicated with them on February 8th that first off I wanted my $8.00 back for their shipping lie, and also that my system that the battery was installed in was continuing to sound an alarm and giving me a low battery signal. "Jacob"s advice was for me to "wait for a period of time" to allow the system to fully recharge, if it is a good battery." I have this in writing from him, those are his original words. He is already acknowledging that the battery is a piece of sh*t. Shouldn't a new battery be fully charged from the time it's purchased? Not according to this company. Also he stated that the order says they charge for a handling fee, however that is a total lie as nowhere on my order receipt does it state that.in fact under Shipping it states only that they ship UPS. LIE.
When I communicated with them again on February 22nd the system was still giving me a low battery signal, and that their battery was crap and to send me a new one or give me my money back, he states that no refunds are given after 30 days. It hadn't even been 30 days since I received the useless thing. This company is made up of nothing more than theives and liars. Do not purchase anything from them, unless you enjoy giving your money away. They just take your money for a useless piece of crap, lie about their quality and policy, and screw you for shipping to boot. I now have a $34.00 paperweight.
