Do not buy Sears appliances due to poor customer service

I bought a self-cleaning fuel range from Sears. Factors - 1) I've bought several applicances from Sears through the years and that I delivered due to the exceptional customer support. 2) I purchased home/clear ecause I love a clean-looking stove and that I believed it'd be considered a lot simpler than washing personally.
About The first clear the underside menu crazy. It currently appears filthy constantly.
I talked with a Sears technician and was recommended this is just a typical criticism which Sears not longer changes the dish.
I wrote Sears & requested 2 questions:
1) Why was not I informed this could occur once they were conscious of the issue.
2) I requested, if you should be conscious of the issue, why have not you set it?
After many emails back & forth I had been recommended since the issue was aesthetic they'd not substitute the dish. I wrote back and requested them to see my mail when I didn't keep these things change the dish. They again published stating these were sorry I disagreed using their choice but since it was aesthetic they'd not substitute the dish.
How on the planet would you cope with a business that ignores the questions asked!
Our advice - don't purchase Sears devices because of bad customer support.
