Camera was never returned

This camera was purchased in a dental conference and worked for around 3-4 weeks and ceased. Repeated efforts to make contact with the organization failed. I had been ultimately ready to obtain a live individual and was handed a return quantity and tackle to deliver the camera to, and obtain possibly an exchange or fix. The camera was shipped with insurance through the advantages and not delivered. I've attempted to achieve the organization, which today seemingly have gone out-of enterprise as well as attempted to obtain compensation through postal service. Both have failed.
