Supacam had a booth at a medical convention I attended. I purchased a camera. I determined that the camera was not the quality I anticipated and the price I paid was more than double its value. I went through all the prescribed steps to return it. I did this in a timely manner and in full compliance with their directions. I have a receipt from UPS verifying the returned camera's acceptance. I do not yet have the promised credit but I will continue to pursue the issue...
