Unauthorized Credit Card Charges

I had been improperly billed by Virgin Mobile US in June, March and November.3 incorrect prices. I named their help-line in December and following a lengthy and slow telephone call, was informed the mistakes could be fixed. 1 cost was corrected at the conclusion of November. After simply because 2 incorrect and unauthorized costs stayed on my consideration, I named again in November, and again invested an excessive period of time and power detailing their errors and seeking compensation.

The heinous and deplorable group at Virgin Mobile US are now actually informing me that I submitted my criticism also late, and therefore are not checking the two long-distance calls I produced in December and December. They inform me there's nothing they are able to do for me personally.

That Is fraud, this really is Robbery which is horrible and incorrect. I'd like my money-back, and that I need an apology for the garbage and crisis they've set me through. Cheating your visitors? Declining to take responsibility and correct your mistakes? Deplorable.
