We introduced a-3,000 double-oven in the Sears Store, Sears arrived and mounted it. The stove fails and we contact the client guarantee point with no you can help, they've hung-up on-US many times, we've been about the telephone for all hours no help. We settled 300.00 for Sears to set up the stove plus shipping costs and carry away price. We now have no stove with no someone to assist us get our cash back
