In Hendersonville Tennessee Senior Citzen beware one month without a stove

Went to sears outlet to get oven and cooktop they orderd it and i waited about one week. When it was deliverd I Got a electric cook top and a gas oven. The oven was not suppose to be gas when i told them this they actually wanted me to bring them the oven. I said no of course but i had to go back to the store and stand around for a good hour while they order another one. The other one was suppose to come in a week the morning of delivery they called to say someone messed up the papers and i would get it next week. Well of course i wanted to cancel the whole thing but was told i would have to wait for a refund check.

Guess what this thing started 3 weeks ago I am still waiting for the stove I am also holding there stove hostage till i get mine. Take my advise unless you are able to walk in and get something they have on the floor and deliever yourself dont buy it run away.
