Wrong Oven Delivered and Refund Delay After a Month Without a Stove

Went to Sears Outlet to get oven and cooktop they ordered it and I waited about one week. When it was delivered I got a electric cook top and a gas oven. The oven was not suppose to be gas when I told them this they actually wanted me to bring them the oven. I said no of course but I had to go back to the store and stand around for a good hour while they order another one. The other one was suppose to come in a week the morning of delivery they called to say someone messed up the papers and I would get it next week. Well of course I wanted to cancel the whole thing but was told I would have to wait for a refund check.

Guess what this thing started 3 weeks ago I am still waiting for the stove I am also holding there stove hostage till I get mine. Take my advise unless you are able to walk in and get something they have on the floor and deliver yourself don't buy it run away.
