I send request for quotation, probably the business owner called back and quoted. He mentioned prefer not recieve request for quotation from business because won't be order, but if it becomes order, he would keep on quote.

Became order. This guy called back and acknowledged the order.
Next day, called back and he decided to not fill this order.
I told him that we already got contract with client and have to complete the order. I even offerd more money and asked him how mach will make him complete this order because we have to complete contract to our client and he quoted and said would sell us if we get order once, he has obiligation to at finish this order.

His answer was "I can do wahtever I want, I changed my mind and I don't feel like to complete the order."
