I have been trying to get a resolution for a Overhead DVD player purchased at Circuit City. The contract management company CityAssure has been very difficult to deal with, their story chnages everytime you call them, false promises and floor supervisors (Billy) if that is his real name, with a huge "don't care attitude". Its been over 2 months and have yet to get a confirmation of when my money will be refunded. Companies like this should not be allowed to do business.
