Poor customer relations/refund policy

Zappos.com... Delivered sneakers because they weren't a genuine 10.5 US sizing. Desired to purchase a more costly shoe... But since I have settled with PayPal resources, they might not promote me another shoe, and my charges paid will require as much as SIX MONTHS to become returned!!! They're useless in my experience like a online vendor! I am being punished since I settled with cash and never a charge card

Therefore, understand what you're engaging in with this specific organization, I'll no further cope with Zappos or every other businesses they're companions with on ANY Degree. A totaly unhappy client!!!
