Did not honor their contract

I bought a telephone from them on dec 01. On dec 10 i believed i'd lost my phone therefore, being fully a mother-of 3 young children i've to really have a phone-in case of emergenciies, i returned and purchased another telephone. After i delivered home my phone was found. When i acquired home to my surprise my telephone i bought on dec 01 was found. And so i browse the agreement i'd signed also it stated they would refund my money so long as the telephone was in likenew conition, you've all the components that included it and its own original packaging, additionally the telephone couldn't have a maximum of 1 hr of talk-time. The next day i returned to the same shop i bought it from wiith all they required and just 6 minutesof talk-time was onto it, they refused to refund my money and were very rude. I'm not done with this since i've approached lots of people on this matter since it is completely wrong to possess people convinced that agreements suggest something after i speculate only if it works on the businesses account. I still have my company through them-and i'll get our $80.00 back in the second phone since i'm not quitting. I'm guaranteed by tje edward of the i'll change phone companies.
