Laptop computer rip off consumer fraud

My husband and I purchased "the latest" SONY laptop from CompUSA. The salesman sold us the computer before checking to see whether they had one in stock—they did not. We did not want the demo. The salesman offered to "lend" us the laptop and replace it with the new one when it came in. A week later we were told they were not receiving anymore, the had been discontinued and we are stuck with the demo at the price of a brand new one.
