I had contracted with Colbourn Electronics Control to repair a faulty circuit board for an Onan generator. I shipped my broken circuit board to the company and paid for the repairs to be done. I was in contact with them and they acknowledged receiving the item and said it should be repaired and shipped out the following week. After that, I am now unable to contact the company. They will not answer the phone, return email messages, and respond to mail that was sent via USPS. This has been ongoing for weeks. I have contacted the authorities are are assisting me with this matter. It has been determined that the company address is actually a drop ship from a Mail Boxes, Etc in Marion Illinois. I could care less about the repair fee because it was minimal, but I just need the circuit board returned to me. They are refusing to return the item to me. This company is a scam! Do not do business with this company or anything to do with Chris Colburn at www.generatorpanels.com
