Dishwasher Circuit Board Caught Fire and Company Insists Repair Fee Still Applies

We purchased a dishwasher 5 years ago from Sears. The circuit board went bad a few months ago so they sent out a repair man to fix it. He put in a new circuit board. Today, the circuit board in the dishwasher started on fire (luckily we were able to put it out), I called Sears and explained what happened. They informed me that they can't waive the 65 dollar fee for anyone! We are obligated to pay the fee for the repair man to come out! I spoke with a woman in the recovery dept. and asked her to speak with a supervisor. She claimed the only people that are higher up than her are the people in the corporate office who apparently don't have phones in their offices because the only way to get to them are to write them a letter! This isn't the first incident we had with Sears and their repair dept. A few months back a repair man came out to fix the flat screen television that we bought from them and when he was fixing it, something popped and the television started smoking. It was messed up worse after he was done so they gave us 2 thousand dollars for ruining a 5 thousand dollar television.
