I've attempted for 3 times to obtain support. To date, NO BODY is thinking about assisting. I bought a key oxygen and heat device for my house in August. I also bought the maintenance contract. I had been informed that I'd get a backup of the guarantee, the preservation contract, and also the TAX-CREDIT declaration by snail mail. I did so obtain the study (and finished and delivered it, when I was happy using the company who did the job). I named customer support and published CALIFORNIA - NO REACTION. I named the neighborhood shop and got several for customer support. I got hung-up on and named the neighborhood shop back. I had been informed there is NO store-manager on duty, but abruptly, one "seemed" about the telephone - stated he ends today which was why he was only now arriving on duty. He explained the shop does not have any responsibility or obligation regarding my criticism and that I must contact customer support. Evidently the telephone had an issue when I subsequently got a dial-tone. ANYHOW, I'm delivering this to CORPORATE but question they care anymore than SEARS people locally.

It's been mentioned the quantity to phone is 847-286-2500 and also the woman who replies is rude AND CERTAINLY WILL NOT move grievances to WATTS Bruce Johnson, who's said to be the main one to keep in touch with about these issues.

Seems Sears is more thinking about promoting and obtaining cash and delivering jobs offshore than in customer support or client satisfaction. I'll attempt to contact Mr. Johnson in a later day, easily don't obtain a reaction out of this request.
