I am fed up with Boost treating me like a criminal when I pay my monthly fee. I have to jump through hoops to pay each time even though I have always paid and never had a returned form of payment. I spent over two hours on the phone yesterday trying to pay the bill and was denied because I switched banks. Their account specialists were useless.
